How do you make a custom MLP model?

I made a custom OC MLP model using this site: http://ponylumen.net/games/3d-pony-creator/

And then exported it to .smd, how do I make it into .mdl? I've tried looking into blender but I don't know how to import all the files in once, and when selecting the files I have to individually select it.

Can anyone explain this simply? I just want to use my custom OC model for SFM.

use these. comes with everything you need. bases, QCs, manes and tails, flex files. etc.
