If it's just getting the camera set up..
•Easiest way to set your camera to the one you just created is by dragging it onto the screen of your work camera then you'll be able to toggle between the camera you set, and the work camera.
•To do a first person set up, you'll have to drag the bip_head bone onto your Camera's transform bone in your Animation Set Editor, then just position it till it looks good(make sure to narrow the camera's FOV for it to be more authentic.

The middle(Motion Editor) one allows you to move objects around. Be sure that's selected.
If you want to move it as in to pose, you'll have to apply a rig to it for an easier time.
