Replacing Sclera ?
Is it possible to make Default Sclera(White) into Black Sclera on TF2's HWM Models ?
I know its on materials, but I just wanted to know is it possible.

If it's a texture, you can edit it to anything. Just make the white area's of the texture black, and override the material.
(Google how to replace textures with Element Viewer if you're unsure of the process)

Its like a texture. I'm trying to make like a Tokyo Ghoul's Eyes. Which Black Sclera and Red Iris, and circled black red pupils

On the Iris, I can make one of my own. But the problem is, how do I replace Sclera color from default to costume.
EDIT : Cant find Sclera vtf though.

For the model you're trying to edit you'll have to navigate to where you dropped it in (Usermod/materials/models/etc) or if it's off the Workshop
workshop/materials/models/etc
I recommend getting VTFEdit if you haven't already, to quickly look at VTF files and when you found the one you wish to edit, you can export it into a different image format, then import it and save back as VTF.

I know. But, Tokyo Ghoul's Eyeball is like pure black. Which I don't know how to do it.
And HWM Models isn't pure black. They were like normal color. (White Eyeball)
And again, I used tf2 hwm model.

That's where you edit the texture.. you'll have to get a VTF plugin for either Gimp or Photoshop for an easier time.
I found the eyeball shared texture

Okay, I've got it. It solved.
First you need to add eyeball_l on dx80 folder from tf/materials/models/shared/player/dx80
Second, re-color it
Third, replace with $basetexture

I think they'll work the same way, I haven't tried editing the eyeballs at all so make backups before you experiment, they may not have the results you wanted.

Meh, didn't much use dx80 though :)

There was really no need to fall back to the DirectX 8 eyes. You just need to edit the iris texture (tf\materials\models\player\shared\eye-iris-blue.vtf), which so happens to include the sclera, too. Make its layer mask all black and get rid of the eye envmap through override materials (by adding a string attribute called $envmap).

I did that. And didn't worked for me somehow.
EDIT: Oh wait, nvm. I was editing the other one. But hey, I need like a tf2 eye which its like the same. Just different color

Uh huh, same thing. Just edit eye-iris-blue.vtf, save it somewhere under a different name, and link to it through override materials, with a string attribute called $iris.

ofc it's possible. i can't get materials to really override. so... i can only give you the "replace" tip.

means you gotta backup the eyeball_l and eyeball_r of the model you wanna ghoul. then resave it with a cheap "eyes" material. you don't need much more then that for anime.

eyes { $basetexture dev\dev_camoenvmap // looks poretty close $iris anime\iris_ghoul $halflambert 1 $nodecal 1 }

ofc you can paint your own eyeball texture. and you have to paint the iris_ghoul yourself. make sure you don't forget the red lines and make a proper alpha channel. this is essential. the eyeball creates the static shade but the iris moves. so...
