What is Gamma Adjust?
In the Source Filmmaker render box thingy, what's "Gamma Adjust"?

Normally, I'd get frustrated since you're not answering my question...

But at least you warned me ahead of time with your username. Points for honesty.

Based on past experiences and five seconds on Wikipedia, I believe that, basically, it makes dark regions lighter. I think (and I may be wrong), but I think that the higher the gamma setting, the darker the shadows and dark regions and your picture overall becomes.

It's almost light an overall brightness setting.

Where do you see this option? I am unable to find one called Gamma Adjust.

Good. It's an option in an export mode you shouldn't be touching with a bargepole, as it requires a defunct plug-in with serious security flaws.

Was it a Quicktime option? I've been wanting to find a way to export in a linear colorspace instead of what I think it's doing right now, sRGB. That with PFM exports at 32bpc.

Yes. At best, it just allowed users to compensate for the poor contrast in the exports anyway.

SFM's feature list isn't exactly rich. The only 32 bpc export is image sequences direct to the .PFM filetype - but that assumes you have a program that can actually import that format properly.
