What is the image size for a profile picture for steam?
I need to know this due to my change of name, main class, and rendering.

square, best result 185x185 but 256x256 will upload and resize I believe

Render the poster with the usual resolution in SFM then crop it later.

Export image to clipboard.
Paste image in an image editor. Crop until desired region is within the 184X184 boundary.
Save as IMAGE_NAME_HERE.

That simple.

I'm going into photoshop and specifically creating an image at 184x184 and it's getting all grainy when I upload. Do you have any idea what the problem is?

Yes.

Lately though, it seems there's just these trolls bumping old threads, with pointless comments. At least sometimes, bumps are from clueless people looking for help.
