w/o checking it, I am most sure that is wrong, its a strong box item, so it should be under some sort of sbox2014_ or s2014_

(I am not sure if I can post links here, so I won't) On the TF2 wiki, go to list of alll medic cosmetics. There it will tell you that the heat of winter is a strongbox item.
