Easyer way to pose fingers?

I know you cant just eneable the fingers in the simple rig, but when i try to pose the fingers my PC turns all laggy, and its hard to pose. is there another way i can do this without my PC being laggy?

That takes a while, and i dont want to wait a minute for everylittle finger movement, i was just wondering if there was anythingi could disable to make it faster.
