Any tips on coming up with ideas ?

I am really bad at making ideas, specially good ideas that I could make in SFM.
I have done only 5 videos and I am already out of ideas. I would love you had a tip on how to come up with ideas, since I haven't made a video in a while.
One idea I was thinking was a "Hitman vs. Hitman" 2 spies (or other classes) trying to kill each other, but it is not too good idea

You have to find something that inspires you, choose your genre, make a script and then go with it. I got inspired by three things: the voice lines, the TF2 comics and whatever music I'm listening to, so now I've already set my journey and whenever a weird idea comes up in my mind I do it as a side project (mostly to practice for the big project).

Funny gameplays are a good start, making references to other games/movies too would also be really cool and even funny. :P

It is a good idea, but if I want to make it look like a scene from a certain movie I should learn how to do blocking, otherwise it will look weird, unrealistic and nothing close to that movie. Sadly there are no tutorials on good blocking :/

That my friend is why you attempt at pose to pose animation. Get the pose to how you want it and you should get a rough look of what's in the movie. In addition, I usually dont do this but use rig_byped_simple to make it easier for you to pose.

And of course, don't forget to learn about 12 principals of animation. You're not gonna make a decent animation without a single knowledge about it. There are tons of books/documentations online.
