SFM won't launch.
I try to open it, but it says that I'm currently using it, and then my icon becomes blue again.
Here's my computer
Video graphics:Radeon (TM) HD 6470M
RAM: 6.1
CPU: Intel core i5 2.4 Ghz
Operating system: Windows 7

Help me please.

Have you tried rebooting the computer and running Steam in Administrator mode?

Yes, and still not work.
Also, I've tought that was for the laptop, but I have a friend who owns a pavillion g6 with the same specs, and it runs normally.
I think it's my pc problem
