You need already "compiled" files, that is, an MDL file and its associated files (mostly VVD and VTX), as well as the material files (VMT and VTF). There's quite a few SFM-ready versions of Fempyro out there, here's some examples:

Installing models into SFM is a fairly simple process, you just have to know where to put the stuff you download. Simply put, the downloaded files should be in two base folders, "models" and "materials". DO NOT mess with their contents' filepath, it's set up the way it is for a reason. Just copy those two folders into your SFM's game/usermod folder, and say yes to merge. Also, if the download contains other files or folders other than "models" or "materials", it's usually best to ignore them.
If the model appears in the list in SFM, but is somehow invisible or pink and black checkered, you can diagnose the problem by looking for error messages in the console.
