Everything reflecting in water
I recently made this poster[imgur.com], and as you can see, anything above the water (I.E, the characters' bodies) seems to reflect in the water below, is there anything I can do to prevent this?

Yeah, it seems to be a problem of that material, it ripples anything that crosses with it.
Try the skin setting with darker water, that one doesn't ripple stuff.

I think you might be able to change its color through the Element Viewer to make it look brighter if needed, but not sure if it works as expected.

Well, I'm actually using the "fake water" model ontop of normal water (due to placement issues) so I could try!

Yeah, I've recognized it because of the ripple effect. I've tried using it before and got that. So the skin with darker water works better (I think it's skin3) but it's dark.

Water materials act weird when rendering as a poster. I recommend using Export to Clipboard or exporting as a single-frame image sequence.

This particular material (and model) seems to do this no matter which way you export it. It even does this in SFM's viewport.

It worked! Also, the darker skin seems to fit better anyway :D
