Missing textures on model?!?!!

Somebody please help, somebody made a custom pony model for me and even though the first model they made for me doesn't have missing textures, this one does!! I have no stinking idea how to fix it and I REALLY need the model for an animation I'm doing for somebody! Please help :'(

The materials were placed somewhere else, other than where SFM is looking for them (check Console tab and see, it will say what it's looking for). Then look in the folders it says about and see if there is indeed at least one of the files it's looking for. If not, find out where your materials went when you put them in usermod (windows search).

But I don't know how to find the place that the console says it was searching :/ I'm confused, I just followed a tutorial and I've uploaded tons of models the exact same way, and I did nothing different with this one. I just make a new folder, rename it, and put the materials and models in that folder and everything works fine. I don't see why it would suddenly have a problem like this after so long.

There'll be lines saying something like
modelfolder\modelname.mdl : material "models/modelfolder/material" not found.

That path in materials\models\modelfolder is where the materials SFM's looking for should be.

The model I'm trying to use is a pony called Card Trick and I saved him in a new folder and called it vn_Cardtrick. When I load the model I get something like this:

VN_Card_Trick.mdl : material "models/vn_mlp/common/body" not found.
VN_Card_Trick.mdl : material "models/vn_mlp/cardi_trick/common/horn" not found.

I don't recall having a specific file called "vn_mlp"!?!?!?!?!

And what are the names of the materials, and where are they currently situated, exactly?

Okay they are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\vn_Cardtrick\materials\models

I think I figured why it can't find the materials, because there's supposed to be a "VN_mlp" then "card_trick" folders in there and the materials are supposed to be in the "card_trick" folder but every time I try to copy/paste them into the card_trick folder I make they won't paste at all :'(

And the names of the materials are:
