SFM2 (dota)
can you not do anything in with the new source 2 filmmaker? i just heard after 2 weeks of me trying to figure this out its pointless to use since you can't get improved hero models ect into source 2 filmmaker? is this true?

also if you're gunna link me the page that says "Changes in SFM" then you're wasting a minute of your time and mine because im new to sfm and i have no idea what half of the stuff on there is lol so just flat out give me an answer please.

im using dota 2 btw . if no one caught the title lol .

im just gunna guess thats a no and the new sfm sucks. welp . no more sfm's i guess.

You can wait until S2FM (the Dota 2 SFM) gets improved/as near completion as possible and then start to use it (while training in the current SFM to get the basics down) or try Blender's animation. It takes patience to learn SFM stuff, but some great things can come out of it, and S2FM seems promising, if only they'd allow a workshop for it, so that we can hurry up with the transition to it.

at some point they will probably either update sfm 2 to accept older models (or make an easier way to import them), or update sfm for source 2.
