No, no, no. I know a program. I just wanted to acquire the images to make an interesting .gif.

Change the path to where you want to save the clip images (optional)
(now like Vintage said)
change Export from Movie to Image Sequence
Select the format for the source image files and set the image resolution size (This will be the size you want to create the gif in.)
Change duration to Custom and set the frames or time in the clip you want to capture.
Open the images in the GIF creation program and create your animated gif...
I don't know what a .vtf is and I doubt a .tga is what I want for the animation to play.
