Enhanced Scout model problem

Anyone using this? I noticed that it can help with my problems with misc items clipping though the character, so I decided to install it, but in SFM Scout's arms and hands are textureless for some reason. I did follow all the inscructions from MaxOfS2D on his site, but this thing doesn't want to work! Here's how it looks:

If you have any idea on how to fix this, it would be really appreciated. Without this damn model I can't continue my sh*tty comic. :(

How can he miss the enhanced hands materials if the same model was downloaded from the same source and installed the same way (in my case like 4 times already). Kinda hard to believe. How would those missing files be called anyway?

The black and purple mean that a material is missing. Check the console for the material that is missing. It will identify Can't Find or Can't Load Path\material.vmt

That's what it gave to me. Hell, maybe you can explain me better how to install this crap (of course if MaxOfS2D put this model in workshop it would be perfect, I don't know why he didn't do that). Once again: I have 3 files:

tf_scout_enhanced_materials.7z
Just tell me where to unpack each and HOPEFULLY it helps. Cause the method by Max isn't working OR I'm doing something wrong (in which I highly doubt).

I bet if you look in the materials folder where the materials currently live, you'll find they are in a folder called enhanced_scout or that the path to the scout_high_hands or the materials are missing.

for all of the "not found" materials, the.vtm and vtf material files have to be moved to either materials/models/player/scout/ or materials/models/player/scout/hwm/ folders. You may have buried them one level too high, or too low. (for example materials\materials\models\player\scout\hwm\ or materials\materials\models\player\scout (which is one level too deep))

Oh man, this is honestly getting to complicated to my simple mind. :D Maybe if you could explain how to install this from the beginnging, cause right now I'm getting a little lost (and you probably think how dumb I must be for not understanding, sorry lel).

THREAD REACTIVATION! How do I freaking install this. My master, tell me from the beginning, step by step, like I was a little child (though I'm not! Smart, huh?) that needs everything explained with details. I hate installing stuff without Workshop's help...

Did you read the readme.txt on the site you downloaded that model from?

Specifically, did you read the line that said "Unpack tf_scout_enhanced_materials.zip into materials/models/player/scout/"?

Yep, I'm sure all those 3 or 4 (I don't even remember now) install attempts were not done properly.

Ok, I tried reinstalling this model 5th time, now it worked... But thanks, anyway. Especially to Pte Jack, ur my mastur.
