I think if you manually update SFM, it will be in there, as cossack_sandvich. I already have it in SFM, but that might be because I've used GCFScape to move stuff from TF2 to SFM.

It's still recommended to just update SFM, sounds much clearer as a wav from the game. Youtube tends to alter it.
