Smd skeleton converting problem?
For some reason everytime I scale the skeleton upwards and I save the file as a smd the skeleton stays small anyone have any idea how to fix this? http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=510087526&fileuploadsuccess=1

You need to scale it in edit mode, not object mode.

it just becomes a mess in edit mode and I can't even scale the bones in edit mode properly....I will post a screenshot

Click A to de-select everything, then click A to select everything. (The Blender Source Tools only select the ends of bones or something when importing.)

Or just scale it in object mode, press Space, search for apply, and click Apply Object Transform, selecting the Scale option.

And use DMX for export ! personally i scale the skeleton in object mode, and it works perfectly when i export to DMX

Thank you all of you for this information without your guys help I would HAVE never figured this out thank you all of you. I'm going to leave this thread up if anyone needs this information.
