Report a translation problem
Hit ctrl+M, and then click on that gray square with 3 white dots on the right side where a path is written. This allows you to specify where to put it.
Make sure you do not render as AVI, install Quick Time if you don't get MP4 option instead of AVI.
Render the movie (export it) and then the video file should be found in the folder you chose.
Then use your video player of choice. Mine's VLC, but Windows Media Player might see it too.
Note: You don't have a movie until it is rendered. Rendering takes a while, depending on your settings. Render quality is affected by what you set in Depth Of Field and Motion Blur (Ambient Occlusion is usually on by default). These can be found by right-clicking the viewport and going to Render Settings (first option in the menu).
