Select 1st keyframe. Then keep Shift pressed and click the last keyframe. This will select all of your keyframes. Ctrl+c to copy them.
Now, paste these after the last keyframe by moving the playhead after it and then using ctrl+V. This should paste a bunch of keyframes that do exactly the same animation.
For motion editor:
Use the green selection layer to cover only the animated part. Then use ctrl+C to copy. Move the selection layer by clicking on its middle, keep the button pressed, and then drag it until it begins at the end of your animation. Use ctrl+V to paste a copy of your animation.
Do either of these until your animation repeats as much as you want it to. You can smooth out portions between the motion editor ones with the round preset.
