You can't. You'd have to remove the door in Hammer, and then use a door model in your movie.

if it's a func_thing and you wanna 'use' it ingame you could switch mode with F11 and input "bind [key] +use" (the key is a letter on your keyboard) in the console and then use it.

I've got the Solution, pretty simple actually. So all you gota do is go into SFM (Obvioulsy) choose a map (In this case its FNAF) then record a small portion of Gameplay (This Gameplay probably won't be that important so just noclip out of the map if you don't want it in the scene), once you have done that you must then press add existing element below the Animation Set Editor text (Ya know the lil cross?) once you have pressed it and went into the add existing element box, you will notice that there is more options because the in-game items have been put in. Look for the particular prop or door model (It will probably not show up "door" it might just become a number like *1 ect (Best just adding all of the numbers and clicking them to see which door is what). Then once you have done that the objects should show up. You may still not be able to move them. Thats because they are not visible. Press the Eye Icon next to each Model in the Animation Set Editor and they should be able to get manipulated.

Word of Caution:

Make sure in the Draw Game Entities when you Right Click the View Point shows other entities is un-checked. PLUS! Also make sure when your recording the scene that you uncheck:-

EVERYTHING EXECPT FROM THE CAMERA FOV, BRUSH MODELS AND SPRITES!
That should be it. Hopefully this was helpful, if you are a tiny bit confused then do please ask any question and il see if i can help :3

I know I am late, but honestly I only found out about this other entities thing today, but I think I am doing what you're saying right, but this is also very confusing to me. Is there maybe another way to describe this?
