how to "unlock" face posing?

In sfm you can move a slider to change a face pose.But if you try to move it even more,nothing happens,because it stops.In gmod,you can make hilarious faces by changing the number (gmod example http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2013/090/8/c/seeldier__gmod__by_etk72-d5zwemg.jpg )
is there any way to unlock it?

That's for GMod. SFM is something that's more for film production, not random clips.

I belive that would require some modification to the models(most likely the .qc files when you decompile them), it may be possible but would require a lot of involvement.
