Do what means "-nosteam" ?

Basically, allow to open and run game/program without needed to be connected to Steam. Less hassle to wait for Steam open instead of open your game/program right away.

In this case, you can open SFM without needed to open Steam first but you won’t able to download or update Steam Workshop addons.
