How to fix Blue Screen of Death?!?!?!

In recent times i can't use SFM for over 5 minutes without popping out a Blue Screen of Death. And it shows with 2 error codes that are either:

"VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR"

or

"VIDEO TDR FAILURE"

Im using a PC with Windows 10.

I have tried many measures to fix that, and I even have updated my drivers, but I still get Blue Screens of Death.

If anyone knows any ways to fix those errors, i'll appreciate it a lot.

I had this exact same problem, but was fixed when I updated my GeForce drivers.
No idea if it's a Windows 11 issue or not. I went through a few fixes.

-Updating GPU drivers
-Updating Windows
-Disable GPU accelerated rendering on Steam interface

I restarted my PC after doing all that and seemed to have fixed it, although I re-enabled GPU rendering since Steam is sluggish with it off.

Hope you find a solution that works.

There’s a high chance that it’s a hardware issue. IMO, this is more of a PC issue than SFM issue specifically.

Perhaps you should ask at any PC community for help.

I got an update. Perhaps the main reason about the Blue Screen of Death with code error "VIDEO TDR FAILURE" is because this specific file 'nvlddmkm.sys' is missing from

"C:\Windows\System32\drivers" file path.

Is there a way to recover that 'nvlddmkm.sys' file back?

Recovering this file also didn't work. SFM still pops up a blue screen of death.

Is it only SFM or other programs like games would cause that error?

SFM and Team Fortress 2. (The only programs i currently have downloaded from Steam).
