Make sure that the Clip Editor is not active. If you don't know what that means, you should (re-)watch and (re-)mimic/(re-)follow along the official Source Filmmaker tutorials to (re-)learn the basics of Source Filmmaker.

If it also doesn't work outside of the Clip Editor, please show us a screenshot or (preferably) a video of Source Filmmaker at the time where you try to adjust sliders.

The left side of the Animation Set Editor shows all selectable controls. The bottom-right region of it shows the selected controls, and allows you to manipulate them.

In other words, if you want to edit a right eye slider, you have to select a right eye slider, not just a right eye.

Im not sure what do you mean by right eye slider but what I did is click on the R_eye in left part of the Animation Set editor and it brought up on its right R_eye -pos and R_eye -rot how eye if I click and move my mouse on any of these 2 nothing happens

If you want to use a slider, you have to...
- Select a slider, in the left half of the Animation Set Editor.
- Press and hold the left mouse button while dragging the mouse across the slider, in the bottom-right region of the Animation Set Editor.

You can not adjust bones in that way, and in your screenshot, you showed that you had a bone selected, not a slider.

To adjust bones, either move them in the viewport with the translation/position, rotation, or screen manipulator, or double-click on a bone's "pos" or "rot" in the bottom-right region of the Animation Set Editor to see and change the X, Y, and Z numbers.

Again, adjusting a control by dragging it left or right is only possible with sliders, and you don't have a slider selected.

Oh, that weird I saw watch tutorials and they all said "click on the eye on the left of the animation set editor and then use the slider to change its position but they didnt specify that the eye is a bone

You've most likely seen a tutorial featuring a model that uses sliders to make the eye look around, while the model that you're currently using might not use sliders for that.
