''Game World'' problem

I watched valve tutorial for SFM and i try'd to use the key F7 and it's not working, i try'd to find it in the keyboard controls from SFM and i can't find it. Im using a Dell laptop from Russia and my F(x) buttons are not working how they need to work. I installed a Function Key driver but is not working. You can help me to find the name of this "Game World"(when it's like you record but you are not, you are just walking around.) How i said you can help me by telling me the name of this function in the Keyboard Controls for SFM

It's F11, not F7. If F11 doesn't work, try Fn+F11.
