I'd highly recommend, due to Apple's announcement that they will no longer support Quicktime for Windows, that you export in image sequence then put it all back together in a video editing program and then export as mp4...
Or search free video editing software, there's some good, free ones out there...
Apple is no longer updating it for Windows and as such, it will be open to exploits by hackers, if it isn't already. Plus, the export from SFM never really turns out as well as with image sequence.
It sometimes comes out too bright, other times, too dark. It really doesn't work as well as you'd think, even when Apple was still supporting it...
I exported this as mp4 using Quicktime and it didn't look this bright in SFM...

When I first downloaded Rise of the Tomb Raider, it said 26hrs, actually took a little over 2hrs.
And Rise of the Tomb Raider is waaay bigger than Blender in file size...
It comes with Windows!
