Trouble- exported videos missing index
When I output an AVI file, the video does not have an index. This is temporarily fixable when opening the video with VLC media player (generates one while it plays), and Youtube is able to permenantly fix an uploaded video, but this means I'm unable to edit the video with any software I have (youtube's video editor is probably an option, but I'd rather not).

I have also tested exporting an mp4 file with the same results.

This isn't a foremost issue right now, but it's definitely going to be a big hassle at some point. Any help?

You mean that broken thing which works <2% of the time when exported from Source FilmMaker?

You mean that broken thing which is either too dark and saturated or bright and desaturated depending on the compression codec used?
Thanks m8, I'll check that out
