Is there an auto ease in ease out in SFM?

like in most 2d animation programs where you can make the object ease into a position (also on programs like after effects where you just hit F11). I have seen easing in and out in a lot of SFM videos. Is there an easy way to do it or must it be done manually?

Slow in, slow out motion can be achieved using the 'Hold' procedural preset slider.

Hold didn't do anything
