I think there's also a ton of other assets (like that hills, etc... pack here) that would help cut down the amount of assets used.
Another example is a lack of Halo maps (such as Reach's Forge World), but most of these can be scenebuilt (albeit the Reach Forge props from Soulburnin's new pack have a texture issue, making recreations of Halo Reach Forge scenes or pseudo-Forerunner terrain less appealing until the issue is resolved) without much more than about 8 to 12 objects, without added players, weapons, vehicles, sky (unless that's built-in).
Just saying.
There's 3 big needs.
1. Textures.
2. Right Models.
3. Ability to make map look same like from Overwatch.
This ain't easy to do in Hammer.
Since crashes and failures.
And also making map from Overwatch is barely possible without any of these needs listed.
