Report a translation problem
Open your Steam library, right-click on Source Filmmaker and select Launch SDK.
A small window will open, select Edit Search Paths for Selected Mod and make sure that all folders that you want to use in SFM have a check next to them.
In that window you can also change the order that they load in, the higher on the list that they are, the higher their loading priority.
That won't do anything if it doesn't even download, which it doesn't, considering -
