Chicago overcoat
I've looked everywhere and downlaoded everything to get this cosmetic, but when i click 'add team fortress 2 item', it isn't there. The model itself is in my workshop folder, and i can load it in. Is there any way i can attatch it without locking all of the bones to the other model?

once youve imported the model just drag the spy1 over the chicago overcoat so a little lock appears and apply the zero preset
