How many frames is 1 hour?
I know it's nuts but I would like to know.

Why don't you change the time display from seconds to total frames, stretch your clip to 3600 seconds and press the down arrow and done.

Warning: never try animating with that. Your chances of crash to lag 90:10

What about 30 mins?
The amount of frames in an hour is [frames per second] x 3600. Regardless, though, you should do your best to avoid going above 10 minutes per session, and it's a good idea to stay below 5 minutes per session.
Still dangerous. You've to split your animations into little chunks if not, sfm would act up and start showing signs of stubbornness by lagging you out and crashing you out of your progress
I'm asking this because I wanna make a 1 hour challenge in a safe way, I tried to make the 1 hour wav sound mute but it showed a thinner sound thing, then I tried to make a 1 hour mp3 mute sound but it crashed, so I need good advices to make the challenge a safe way.
One hour challenge? That's loco! Sfm isn't capable of doing it, unstable and such so try storyboard this challenge so you can plan your scene according to the safe time.

It's a fear challenge to make the people try not having goosebumps from their fears and phobias.
Oh, adn trying not being jumpscared. I thought it could be cool with 1 hour, I think it's sufficient to win. But I dunno how to make it in a safe way.
Want a safe way to make an hour-long thing?

(Remember that you can stitch multiple exports together in a video editor.)

Thanks for the advice, besides how many is 5 mins?
[Frames per second] x 300. Also, I think the gray strips at the top and bottom of the time-line display the seconds, possibly regardless of the viewport frame number/seconds option.
a fear challenge? they gotta watch an hour long snore fest video? wtf. you fnaf peops are weird

anyway... you can't deal with a calculator? the numbers.

86.400 frames @ 24 fps
108.000 frames @ 30 fps

tho... anybody here postes sfm doesn't do it, so... you gotta do a video edit.

It will be a fear challenge BESIDES FNaF, but I was thinking about the editing the whole long crap. I dunno how to deal with the calculator because it gives me a nerd error.

Ok, thanks
24 x 60 x 60

frames per second x seconds in a minute x minutes in an hour

depending on the computer or something SFM gets wonky and crashy when it gets closer to the 5 minute mark so yeah stitching the completed video clips afterward in a video editor is a good pick

for simple stitching try Blender
But what if I want to do a 4 hour documentary at 60 FPS??

How many cups of coffee will I have to drink while it's rendering?
