If you mean speed the motion so it takes less time to complete, select the time of the motion in the Motion Editor and hold Alt while dragging one of the edges of the time selection to "stretch" it, making it longer or shorter depending on whether you stretch it bigger or thinner.
Of course, both things require you to select the controls (bones and flexes) you want to adjust the time of.
When I move time selection all animations move I only want to move animation in time selection not all animations in shot. Is it possible?
Do I need to cut it into multiple shots? It will be very messy.
