SFM LAB Help please

Can someone explain to me how to open files from SFM LAB? I download the model I want and get a single file. I watched the tutorial on how to load the files but it says there should be a model/material folder but theres no rar file that has model/material folder. Im new to this and appreciate help. There are some models on SFM lab that have the model/material folder and others that just have one file. How do I open the one that just comes with a file
