(Alternatively, you can have two File Explorer windows open, one in -/GarrysMod/bin, and one in -/GarrysMod/GarrysMod/addons, then drag a gma to gmad.exe in the other window. I'm not sure in which place the addon's contents will be exported to. Then again, copy it to a location Source FilmMaker reads.)
If you mean gmad.exe, that comes with Garry's Mod. If you don't mean gmad.exe, there's no reason not to mean gmad.exe, considering how easy it is to use (literally just drag and drop a gma file onto it and take the contents of the folder it spits out).
