The most you really get is $envmap: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/$envmap
If you want static pre-made custom reflections, specify a custom cube-map texture instead of "env_cubemap" for the above material parameter.
If you want dynamic reflections of things that you add and pose around within Source Filmmaker, that's sadly impossible. (Technically, you can get that, but only on a brush (map geometry; not a model), and only on a completely flat surface).
Edit: Depending on what you mean, have you tried enabling $Phong with a high value for $PhongBoost (like 20 to 50-ish) and also a high value for $PhongExponent (like 50 to 100-ish)?
