4k image sequence to video on Blender.

Hello, I´ve exported a animation as iamage sequence in 4k on SFM, but when i send it to Blender to convert on video, the final quality only came as 108p, when posted on youtube, and not as 4k.
I tried changing the resolution, on Blender, to a higher value (same of the image sequence, 3840x2160 PNG) but I only got a smaller windows.

On Youtube you say? Have you checked whether the actual video file is in 4K? If the problem is just on Youtube, maybe the 4K version just wasn't done encoding yet.

No, I´m afraid that it´s the actual video file that isn´t on 4k quality (frame width 1920 and frame height 1080). I think I skipped some step on Blender that allows me convert the image sequence in 4k video, but I´m not sure wich could be. How do you guys usually manage to obtain 4k image sequence to 4k videos when using Blender?
