If you're talking about where it says "{LINK REMOVED}", that has nothing to do with a limit of a specific amount of links. Steam simply does not trust Mediafire (after all, it does even sometimes contain ads that actually redirect you away from Mediafire and thus don't even allow you to download what you're trying to download, and it also has lots of "pop-up" ads and such), so it automatically hides any Mediafire links. The same goes for some other sites, though of course far from all sites.

That would depend on whether Steam treats the URL you get from it as something unsafe.

I usually use goo.gl to shorten my links, so I think it'll be fine. I'll give it a shot in a bit.

Sadly, It doesn't seem that the concrete pack and the Battlefield 1 pack hasn't been saved properly. Scenebuild Megapack uses onedrive links so those MAY be dead, not too sure. The downloads may be slower/ incomplete as well.
