Is there a "Lightning" prop in SFM?

Like a bolt of lightning. I'm trying to find a way to surround my model with lightning like when Goku goes Super Sayian.

Nope but you have particles to help, I'm not a particle literate guy but there's something in there that controls the size of the spread of that particle in a sphere
