I need help with making something like a fnaf model a ragdoll

SFM doesn't really handle ragdolls, at least to my knowledge. There is some physics available, but it doesn't exactly work the way you may want it to. I recommend working without it.

You may be able to use something like SFMPhys[github.com] to simulate physics.
But if you're talking about the way models are posed with the phys-gun in Garry's Mod, you're better off using Garry's Mod than Source Filmmaker.
If you decide to use SFMPhys, be aware that the physics will not match Source's ragdoll physics, and you're going to have to manually set up collision boxes for floors, walls, props, et cetera.

Which model are you trying to use? Many models won't be correctly set up for SFMPhys to use.
