Splitting slider
i'm working on an animation, but i can't make blinking animations or anything because the sliders do this:

and both sliders have to be in the middle for a good blinking animation. is there a way to move both split sides of the slider as one so it dosen't fork off like this?

Drag the notch of the L and R slider at the top to the middle. It affects the "stereo balance" of adjusting stereo sliders.

You see the L/R toggle above the controls you've just screenshotted? (It is literally at the top of that screenshot). Move it back to the centre.

The L/R button there is called a stereo slider and is used on controls that have stereo flexes. It allows you to control the left right of the stereoed mesh at different rates or just one side at a time if you pull it all the way to the left or right. Not all flexes are stereo typed, so the only way to know is to try it out.
