You say that you can not seem to find it, but what have you tried doing in order to find it so far? (And do your best to be specific. If we don't know exactly what you have done, we won't know what you have done wrong, and then we can't help you do it right.)

I typed graybanns in "add teamfortress item" or in "add new model", maybe they are called differently?

The Graybanns use a model filename format in the item definitions file that Source Filmmaker doesn't understand. As such, the Graybanns isn't listed in the Add Team Fortress Item dialog.

Yes. The filename is jul13_sweet_shades_[class].mdl.

For other items, you can check the following guide to find their filenames, though it may load very slowly in Steam's web browser due to the amount of images that the guide has:

But sweet shades aren’t as dark as graybanns, is there a way that I can make them darker?

What sweet shades? If you mean jul13_sweet_shades, that's part of the filename of the Graybanns, and no other item in Team Fortress 2 uses that in their filenames.

Though, I just realized that the Graybanns have multiple styles, and style 2 may have brighter shades than style 1. Make sure that you're using jul_13_sweet_shades_[class].mdl (without "s1" or "s2"), and not jul13_sweet_shades_s1_[class].mdl (nor with "s2" instead of "s1").
