Model's Face "Deformed" After Compiling
I was editing a model in blender, giving it some additional parts and pieces for body groups, and after exporting and compiling, the model works great...except for one issues.

I didn't touch anything in the QC files other than adding some bodygroups and also changing up the file found in the anims folder, which originall was ref.smd (Now it is bluky_nude_pyrofaceupdate_reference.smd)

Please keep any personal comments about the model I'm using to yourself, I just need to know what happened to the face.

As for the shape, did/does the mesh object have any flexes/shape keys? As for the shading, the Blender Source Tools don't correctly import shading on SMD mesh files (unless you set it to keep each triangle separated on import, which is in many cases of course not preferable).

There's a heap of different things this could be, but it heavily depends on what features the original model used and exactly what you did to edit it. We either need more specifics, or access to your project file.

For the original model, the only thing with the mesh I edited was remove the boots and replace them with another model's boots. Transferred weights over from the original mesh so I didn't have to weight paint the other pair of boots myself.

The model does have flexes, yes. It uses the same ones from Maxxy's enhanced Pyro, actually.

I also came across this problem before. Except I was editing the body itself, not additions and nothing removed, I just beefed up the model a little bit, and when I exported it, the face did the exact same thing.

Did by chance ... You moved the head in Blender during the modifications ? (If you did that, you broke all the Flexs)
