Is there any sound of blood out?

After decapitation, there's blood fountain sound.
I couldn't find it with keywords like blood, fountain, etc..

This is common, to allow for easier reuse of sounds, most files are not named specifically for what they are used for, but something that is more generic.
I'd suggest using the search term 'splatter' or 'squirt' as a start, you might have better luck...

Yeah, I still haven't release the HL2 beta sound effects pack yet and it's still not in the right sfm friendly setting lol. And I've one more to put in which is injustice 1 before I wait for somebody to extract sound effects from injustice 2

You may just have to go through the sound files and listen to them, one-by-one, until you find the one that suits you.
Alternatively, you could just hunt up a sound file for it on the internet, there are tons of free .wavs out there, just search 'free sound effects'.
Just make sure to download the .wav, not the .mp3 and make sure the .wav is 16 bit PCM 44.1kHz. If it isn't then you will have to open it in an audio editing software and save it as that.

If you're looking for the TF2 decapitation sound, it's simply called flow.wav.
