help pls how do i quit fullscreen?

i dont like full screen cuz it laggs my pc,so can u help me how do i quit it??? i have barly 30 fps on full screen,while on windwowed mode 60 fps lol sounds dumb ik

When you're in SFM look at the top left and you'll see a task bar, like File,Edit,Windows,View and Help, click on View and look for Exit Fullscreen.
