SFM camera is flickering constantly

The viewport is normally black but when I move the camera it starts flickering between the black and the actual picture.
When I turn off Auto hide engine the black is replaced by the tab which has opened, this behaves the same way as the screen prior. I have updated my graphics drives aswell

My PC Specs are as follows:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit - Version 1803
CPU: Intel Core i5-3230M @ 2.60GHz
RAM: 4.00GB
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 + Nvidia GeForce 610M

This doesn't work, I have tried it, I am trying to figure out if there is any other way to fix the issue

If we knew of another solution, that's the place it would be.

It's still the place to ask for further help (particularly as keeping all the details of the people for whom the currently known answer doesn't work together will make it easier to find the common element).

Don't you guys know that absolutely no one searches for answers anymore?
