i can't export my movie at any cost.

well i have made a 25 second long animation. but when i try to export it, it just doesn't everytime something prevents from me to export it, doesn't matter which method of exporting im using it just prevents me. like in movie exporting, it exports the first shot just fine, but then is just freezes in the last second of the shot. and in image sequence exporter it exports some parts, but sometimes it freezes and the image color gets distorted. can someone please help?

Simply put without going into a huge amount of detail, the AVI exporter in SFM doesn't work.

well i had 6 lights and i removed 3 of them so i reduced some details, also mp4 and mov doesn't work either,

No, MP4s out of SFM is a NO-NO. You have to use Quicktime and that program poses really bad security risks to your computer and should be uninstalled and forgotten about. Image Sequence exports (with .wav files) are the standard for creating videos from SFM now.

but how am i going to put them together? i can put them together in sony vegas but the video will be rendered and the quality of the video will be really ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

also forgot to mention that my pc is 32 bits and only supports sony vegas 11.

Get the 32bit version of Blender (2.7x) and use that...
