I could help you make Source Filmmaker possibly progress beyond that, but it would be far better to fix the above issue (which will automatically make Source Filmmaker work), however I'm not quite sure how that would be done.
Get rid of that Desktop shortcut.
The error says that Source Filmmaker is run from "C:\PROGRA~2\-" while an environment variable says that it should run from "C:\Program Files (x86)\-". If Source Filmmaker bugs out on that, then what about models and other assets with file-/folder-names that are more than 8 characters long? If that will bug out in the same way, then getting Source Filmmaker to boot won't really help much as Source Filmmaker would be mostly/entirely unuseable.
Fixing that error should thus be a first priority.
