Posters made by using sfm, duh. Is there something more to explain from the word sfm poster? I mean, it’s self explanatory

I guess this is OP’s very first time exposure to SFM. Yeah, I have no idea why he somehow has no little bit of an idea of what that is.

He has sfm for around 20+ hours… I don’t think that’s an excuse to not know what an sfm poster is I mean, it’s two words combined where poster is well, art and sfm is a software so sfm poster is art from sfm. Similar to blender poster or 3DS max poster or maya or poster cinema 4D poster.

Unless those are called renders than poster then sorry.

Make a scene in SFM.

Export --> as poster.

It's just a digital picture. They probably started calling them posters, cause that's what SFM calls them.

Poster is not exclusive for real life stuff. Those words are interchangable depending on the context.

In this case, it's just most people prefer to use the word "poster" more than "image", "render" or whatever mostly because there is a poster render option.

bros i just booted up sfm and i im over here bc i had the same question. i thought it was like some sort of moving image or smth and if they were pictures they would just be called a render. stop dunking on him for thinking it was more than a picture.
