I need help in how to install rar and 7z files to sfm. I'm pretty new to sfm so I have no idea what these are. All I know is that when you install them you get the 3d model for something.

.RAR and .7Z files are just types of compressed archive, similar to ZIP folders other than that Windows doesn't support them by default.

My personal recommendation of archive tool is 7zip, although a lot of people like WinRAR.
